Weight Loss Motivation – You Will When You Believe!

May 16th, 2010

Rephrasing a famous saying of Mark Twen we can say that “it’s easy to start losing weight, I’ve done it a million times!” I start losing weight every other week, but by the end of the week I already forget about it. Every month I meet one of my friends, who tell me about this wonderful diet they just found out about. I try it out and quit on it after a few days, even before I could find out, if it was effective or not.

I can’t even remember, how many times I decided to start going to a gym. Several times I even went on the Internet to check out the websites of gyms in my city and find out the membership prices. I can even remember several times, when I actually called some of the gyms nearby my house to ask about their working hours and other stuff. I even went to some gyms with my friend to see how they look and to choose one. I even remember wasting money and actually getting gym memberships, but was I using them? – No more than a few times.

There are so many reasons and causes, why it’s so hard for me, as well as for anybody else, to lose weight. And these causes are very common for many people. It takes lots of effort, determination and courage to start losing weight, but it takes even more to continue doing it. And even if you have already started dieting a million times and failed, there is no reason why you cannot succeed next time and you should keep trying. The main thing is weight loss motivation. If you find the right one for yourself, you can be sure that you are half way through achieving your weight loss goals.

First of all, when starting a diet, learn to set real goals and small-term points. Do not set a goal of losing 50 pounds, as you will mostly likely quit in one week, as you will only be able to lose about one pound if you are lucky. Set small goals from the beginning. If you decide to lose two pounds in the next month, and you will actually lose three, then you will be even more motivated for the second month of your diet. If you meet your goals or if you do better than you planned, award yourself with small pleasant things (but not food!). Keep track of the portions you eat and the goals you reach. This way it will be much easier for you to control the process and be able to analyze your progression. When after a few months you will look at your progress, I can assure you, it will make you motivated to continue! You will not want to go back to your old habits, as soon as you will see the results and will know how much effort it took you.

Another important skill, when starting a diet, which will help you start losing weight and not quit after a few days, is mastering emotional eating. Ask yourself, when do you overeat? Is it when you are starving? Or when you are frustrated? Or when you see a tasty desert? Be frank with yourself. Answer these questions sincerely and don’t try to trick yourself. Understand your triggers of emotional eating and avoid them, eliminate such things from your life or learn how to control your emotions.

Be ready that there will always be people around you, who will encourage you to forget about your diet “just for this evening” or “just for this delicious cookie”. You have to confess, this one time, will then repeat again and again. So you have to learn to control it, otherwise you will have to start dieting all over from the beginning every other week, which, believe me, it way to hard to perform!

Do not try to just lose weight to look good. One of the greatest motivations for weight loss is tour health. Don’t forget, that being lightweight and staying in shape and the main things to do if you want to be healthy and live a long life. Do not go on an extremely strict diet, as it will not be any good for your health. But losing a little bit every month on a regular basis will help you feel much better in very near future.

Stress and Obesity – 7 Reduction Methods

May 15th, 2010

According to Dr. Sandeep Chaudhary studies, obesity can be caused by stress. This means that if you can recover from stress, you can low down your risks of developing obesity. Isn’t it interesting?

I recently came across Shaudhary researches and wanted to share this information with you. Dr. Shaudhary works in California Scripps Memorial Hospital. He has certifications in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Endocrinology. I think he has made a good point that all overweight people should keep in mind.

How can stress lead to obesity? In a response to your stress, your body releases the hormone cortisone. This hormone rises up your insulin resistance and you have to secrete much more insulin hormone to help with food metabolism. The higher your cortisone level is, the more insulin resistance you develop. This results in extra weight gaining. And you can help yourself by decreasing your stress and dropping the levels of cortisone in your body, Chaudhary says.

Stress Reduction Methods

There are many different techniques that can help you to reduce stress. The first one is to distract yourself from the stressor and pressures that can cause stress.

Of course, we can’t change all situations that lead to stress. But we can change our exposure to them. You must simply change your reaction and look at the stressful situations from another side.

What can you do to fight stress? You can joke, self-talk, rehydrate, sleep and rest, drink cuppa, cry and use other stress relieve methods. Let’s talk about each method. Just keep in mind that these tips cannot guarantee 100% treatment of obesity. They are just tips you can follow or not.

1. Jokes and Humor

When you laugh your brains produce helpful chemicals that can help to reduce stress. Use humour in stressful situations. Distract yourself from a stressed mindset.

Humour is a working de-stressor that keeps your mind away from stress and improves your self-being. You can find jokes online, talk to your friends, watch funny TV-programs – do anything that can make you smile or laugh.

2. Self-Talk

Of course, you don’t have to talk to yourself all the time. But try this – Brisk Walk Self-Talk. Go outside and change your environment for a while. You need fresh air, new scenes (flowers, grass, sun, clouds) and motivation.

It’s better to exercise saying out loud: “I am leaving the building” when you go out, and “I have left the building” when you are jogging or walking. You can also jump, kick a ball, pick up litter or walk a dog to relax and forget about the stress.

3. Rehydrate

For this you’ll need a cup and a bottle of water. Not many people remember to drink pure water every day. And our brains and organs depend on water. Thus, if you drink enough water, you can mentally and physically fight the stress.

Try to drink a glass of water every day to help your body rehydrate.

4. Sleep and Rest

A quick nap can sometimes help you to recharge your strength. Take a catnap for 10-30 minutes. It can help you to reduce stress.

Maybe you can take a midday nap when you are too tired and stressful? If your work doesn’t allow you this, start practicing short sessions of self-hypnosis. Deep breathe and relax at work.

5. Cuppa Help

Drink a cup of a flavored tea. Try tea with fruit or herbs. What is good for your body in stressful situations? It’s fresh mint, nettles, orange zest, ginger root and other spices. These all have great therapeutic properties.

You can also add honey to your green tea. Just remember to take your mind off all your problems when you make your tea.

6. Cry

When you face a stress situation, cry. Your tears can help you to reduce your stress.

This method is mostly used by women. Don’t feel ashamed crying. It’s not childish, because sometimes it can really help you a lot.

7. Other Methods of Stress Relief

Try to understand what stressor is affecting you and develop an approach that can help you to manage your stress.

Take more B vitamins and magnesium to improve your diet plan. A healthy diet can help you to reduce stress. Avoid extra toxins (alcohol mostly). Do more exercises. Share your worries with your friends. Try yoga, other meditations or a massage. Maybe your stress will disappear.

10 Weight Loss Myths

May 15th, 2010

People, who are gaga for weight loss, dream to lose extra pounds and get a permanent result. However there are many myths that are nothing but thoughts and dreams. Let’s take a look at real facts (we have chosen 10 popular myths) and understand what can truly help us in losing weight.

Myth 1: Fad diets are the best for keeping weight loss off

Some people are sure that fad diet can help them to lose extra pounds and keep them off. They are wrong. Fad diets might help you quickly lose some weight, however you will quickly regain everything you have lost because such diets make you cut certain meals out of your everyday meals and they can’t provide you with all the nutrients you really need to stay healthy. By the way, if you lose weight at a very rapid rate, you might develop gallstones that can be very painful.

Advice: According to many researches, the best for your health is to lose 0.5-2 pounds a week by eating healthy foods and exercising. This life style can lower your risks for developing such diseases as diabetes, high blood pressure or problems with your heart.

Myth 2: It’s healthy to follow a high protein and low carbohydrate diet

You can’t have a well balanced eating plan if you follow diets that are low on carbohydrate and high on proteins. Eating eggs, cheese and meat all the time is not good for your heart because these meals can contain too much cholesterol and fat. Fruits and vegetables are very important for your body. Without them you might feel weak and tired.

If you low your carbohydrates down to 120 grams or less a day, you can develop ketosis that is risky for those who are pregnant or have diabetes.

Advice: Balance your eating plan. You can use a reduced-calorie diet to lose weight. Don’t stop eating grains, vegetables and fruits. Don’t stop taking starches (bread, pasta, beans, and potatoes), because these complex carbohydrates give you energy, just don’t eat them in large portion sizes.

Myth 3: Some foods burn fat

Don’t think that there are particular foods that burn your fat. This is not so. If you truly want to lose weight, you can cut back on the calories you are eating and do more exercises.

Myth 4: It’s safe to take natural/herbal weight loss products

Have you seen many herbal products that were tested and proved they were safe to use? I haven’t. Some natural products, for example those that contain ephedra, can even cause death. So don’t believe that natural products can help you to lose weight and not harm your health.

Advice: Consult your physician before you start taking any herbal or natural products in order to lose extra weight.

Myth 5: I can eat anything and I will lose weight

You cannot lose weight if you eat a lot and don’t burn calories by exercising. The only way to lose pounds is to limit your calories and become physically active. Eat smaller amounts of food, but eat regularly.

Advice: Eat food that you like but keep in mind the total number of calories in your food. Don’t eat many fast foods.

Myth 6: Low-fat doesn’t mean “no calories”

Most low-fat products still have calories. Sometimes they even contain more calories that their full-fat version. Even “fat-free” doesn’t mean that you eat healthy food that will help you to lose weight.
Advice: Always pay attention at the food package to see the amount of calories in it.

Myth 7: I can skip meals, but I won’t eat after 8pm and I will lose weight

According to many studies, those people who skip meals are heavier than those who eat several times daily.
The other important thing to understand is that it truly doesn’t matter if you eat after 8 pm or not. Your body will still store some calories as fat. Your weight depends on how much you eat and how often you exercise.

Advice: Eat more often, but use smaller portions of food. Before you plan to snack during the day, pay attention at the calories you are eating.

Myth 8: If I lift weights I won’t lose weight, I’ll “bulk up”

Strengthening activities won’t make you “bulky”. If you exercise 2-3 times a week on a regular basis, you will be able to lose some weight. Your body will build muscles and you will burn more calories.

Advice: Don’t hesitate to do sit-ups and push-ups, walk at least 2 miles a day and perform other activities. This will help you to burn calories and lose weight.

Myth 9: Nuts, red meat and dairy products won’t help to lose weight

If you eat small amounts of nuts and lean meat, you can improve your weight loss program. You can get healthy nutrients and important minerals from these products. As for diary products, they also contain nutrients that you need, for example vitamin D.

Advice: Don’t limit yourself in food by cutting nuts, dairy products and red mean from your menu. Just don’t eat too much of these products and you will succeed.

Myth 10: I’ll become a vegetarian and I’ll lose weight and become healthier

Well, if you start eating fruits and vegetables, you can either lose some weight or gain more pounds. It depends on what food choices you make. However if you choose a vegetarian plan, make sure your body gets all vitamins and nutrients that are important for a healthy life style. Make your diet balanced.

Advice: Carefully choose your vegetarian plan. Make sure you get enough iron, calcium, vitamins D and B12, zinc and protein that can be found in bread, cereals, dairy products, eggs and grains.

If you have heard another myth that is not listed in our article, you can check it out. You can always visit Federal Trade Commission’s web page or call its help-center to find out if the weight loss claim can be trusted. But we suggest you should meet a registered dietitian in your state and talk to the professional about your food choices. You can search for a dietitian through the American Dietetic Association.

Weight Loss Surgery

May 15th, 2010

Sitting life style, fat food and laziness have made many people obese. Obesity is based upon body mass index (BMI). People with BMI of 25-29.9 kg/m2 are considered to be overweight. People with BMI of 30 kg/m2 and more are considered to be obese. It is not easy to fight obesity since the treatment requires strong will to change ones style of life. Obese patients dream to lose extra weight by taking weight loss pills, but sometimes the only way for them to get ride of many excess pounds is to undergo a surgical procedure.

This article is devoted to weight loss surgery (obesity surgery or bariatric surgery) and cosmetic surgery that can help to ‘melt’ fat away. Weight loss surgery is used as a collective term for surgeries that help to promote weight loss. As for cosmetic (plastic) surgery this procedure is available only for patients with average or slightly over-average weight. We hope that this article can help you to understand if you really need a surgery to fight extra weight.

Will Surgery Help Me to Lose Weight?

It’s important to understand that weight loss (obesity) surgery is recommended ONLY for patients with severe obesity. Before you go through a surgery procedure you should have tried exercises, diet plans and medications and not succeed. If you are just slightly overweight you will risk undergoing a surgery as you never know how it can result on your future and health. In this case it’s better to consider cosmetic surgery such as liposuction.

Every candidate should realize that bariatric (obesity) surgery will completely change his or her lifestyle and require maintaining a healthy weight after the surgery. According to the USA National Institutes of Health, weight loss surgery is recommended for patients with BMI of more than 40 or for patients with a BMI between 35 and 40 if they have serious medical conditions such as diabetes or arthritis that would improve with weight loss.

Types of Obesity Surgeries

There are 3 types of weight loss (obesity) surgery: restrictive, malabsorptive and combined. In order to choose the best type of surgery for you, you need to understand how much weight you have to lose.

Restrictive surgery helps to reduce the stomach size and limit the amount of food a patient can eat at once. The most common restrictive procedures are lap banding (LAGB) and sleeve gastrectomy.

LAGB is performed with small incisions without big cuts. A patient gets a silicone band at the stomach entrance that gives the feeling of being full after eating small portions of meals. This procedure is not very difficult to perform and it has a low complication rate. With its help a patient can lose up to 75 % of his or her excess weight within 2 years.

Sleeve gastrectomy can help patients with BMI of 50 and more. This surgery removes the majority of patient’s stomach and replaces it with a sleeve-shaped stomach that isn’t stretching or can hold less food. This procedure can help to lose about 33 % of extra weight in 2 years.

Malabsorptive (Bariatric) surgery decreases the small intestine length. This helps to induce weight loss by reducing calories’ absorption. One of the most popular malabsorptive procedures is biliopancreatic diversion.

Biliopancreatic diversion (BPD) removes part of the stomach. This helps to lose weight by processing food into the large intestine before calories are absorbed in the small intestine.

Combined procedure has two elements, both restrictive and malabsorptive. Its most common type is gastric bypass also know as RYGB. This procedure has a high success rate. Patient receives a small stomach attached to the small intestine and can’t eat more than a piece of bread and half cup of food at once. RYGB helps patients to lose up to 68 % of their excess weight in a year.

Complications and Effectiveness of Bariatric Surgery

Every weight loss surgery can cause complications. It can result in pain, bleeding, infection, health problems, need for a second surgery, etc. Thus it’s important to perform a surgery in experienced bariatric surgery centers.

The positive side of weight loss surgery is that it helps patients to lose about 60 % of their extra weight in 1-2 years. Bariatric surgery reduces extra pounds and the risk of health conditions associated with obesity.

You might think that bariatric surgery is a perfect way to reduce weight. But such procedures might lead to dramatic results. A patient who has undergone a weight loss surgery should maintain a healthy lifestyle and monitor progress for the rest of his life. Besides this the recovery after obesity surgery can be very stressful and emotional.

Cosmetic Surgery

One of the most popular weight loss surgeries nowadays is cosmetic (plastic) surgery known as liposuction or lipo. This operation removes fat from different parts of human body and improves its shape. The most common areas for liposuction are thighs, hips, abdomen, buttocks and face. It’s important to clearly understand that liposuction removes only fat and not cellulite.

To undergo a liposuction a patient can’t be obese. Patient’s weight must be average. Besides this it is important to have good health and tight skin. How is it performed? A surgeon inserts a special instrument (cannula) into fatty areas and removes fat by the help of a suction pump. The results depend on the amount of fat being removed.

Unlike obesity surgery liposuction helps to remove only excess fat and doesn’t cure obesity. Talk to your surgeon and ask all possible questions about liposuction once you decide to undergo this cosmetic procedure. Remember that every surgery is risky and can’t guarantee a positive result.

10 Unusual Weight Loss Tips

May 14th, 2010

In order to get slim and perfect body a person should do regular exercises and follow a healthy diet plan. These are two main conditions that can help you to lose extra weight. However, exercises and healthy food are no the only way to a slender body. There are other weight loss recipes that we would like to share with you. They are very effective. Of course, you have to choose yourself what tips suit you the best.

1. Make a Colorful Revolution. Use paints to achieve your ideal forms. Remember that yellow color is associated with slenderness. It can help you to control your body weight. It helps your organism to get rid of toxins. It can be used instead of expensive medications to treat the swelling of your body. Surround yourself with more yellow colors and you will see the difference!

Maybe you have noticed that restaurants with Swiss tables use many dark blue tones in their design. If you put meals on a blue-green plate you will eat much less and you won’t ask for more. Dark blue color in nature means uneatable things. So you can use this color as a herbal medication to block your appetite. Orange color, vice versa, excites your appetite.

Blue color cannot help you to lose extra pounds because it doesn’t encourage you to make changes. If you want to become more slender get rid of all blue jeans and blouses from your wardrobe.

2. Read. A magazine is an excellent way to say ‘good-bye’ to your extra weight. One hour of reading helps your organism to burn 71 kkal. If you start intensively thinking about measures that can help you to lose pounds, your body will consume up to 128 kkal of energy which is great. Physiologists say that every person has a chance to become a bit more slender just thinking about it. Unfortunately, they haven’t shown any volunteer to prove their theory so the experiment is still not finished. Lets concentrate on this word ‘just a bit’. If you spend ‘just a bit’ time on running you will burn 485 kkal! After running you can dream about an ideal body. If you follow this order your dreams will come true much quicker.

3. Sleep more. You can always use a natural way to stay slim and not gain extra pounds. This is a healthy sleep. Authoritative scientific magazine Lancet writes that violation of sleep provokes obesity because it leads to a hormonal disbalance. Sleeplessness reduces the amount of Leptin, protein hormones that are responsible for appetite reduction and stimulation of physical activity. At the same time the amount of Neiropeptid Y increases and your body asks for more food. You can gain more pounds in one week in you don’t sleep enough. If it happens you must immediately go through a prophylactic procedure and sleep at least 8 hours every day.

4. TV’s Off.This is the advice of Chicago Medical School. Their professors have found out that those who spend more than 4 hours a day in front of a TV set consume 30 % calories more than those who turn TV off. Medics from Harvard agree with this theory. They say that even two hours of a daily TV session can increase the risks of obesity development on 23 %. The reason for this is simple. News and thrillers are more entertaining when you eat chips, nuts and sandwiches with tea. If you sit in front of TV for a long time, you wake your appetite up. The most ‘high-calorie’ programs are melodramas and horror movies. Worries, strong emotions multiply the amounts of extra fats and carbohydrates. ‘Dietary’ programs include films about nature and traveling. Watching them we eat 2.5 times less food.

5. Look at the Moon. When the Moon wanes your organism easily gets rid of all unnecessary surpluses. It loses weight without our help. Every astrologer says this. Every dietitian confirms. Moon influence on humans is very strong. When the Moon is on the way to a new Moon every person reaches the peak of physical form; metabolism works in the optimum mode; you need much less calories to maintain your energy, and the feeling of hunger goes down. Your organism is working hard on getting rid of all the surpluses. If you start your diet program at this time you will achieve a better and quicker result. You can fasten it if you sit on a diet at the New Moon. Your body will get rid of at least one pound of fats and toxins. When the Moon is on its way to a Full Mood you must not argue with nature that makes your body accumulate more energy and pounds. Just try to maintain your desirable body mass.

6. Brush Your Teeth More Often. This is useful for both your teeth and your body. Those who brush their teeth three times a day much rarely suffer from obesity. This is the theory of Japanese scientists. How can a simple procedure burn fats? The answer is simple. When you brush your teeth with mint toothpaste you low down your appetite and protect your teeth from destruction. This also helps to correct food assimilation. Besides this, people who care about their teeth health are more attentive to themselves. Just think about it. Only 9.7 % of Russians brush their teeth at least twice a day. What about you?

7. Forget the Classics. Affection to the classical music speaks about a good taste but not about a slim silhouette. All these fugues, cantatas and preludes are nice to your ear but rude to your body shape. Classical music wakes your appetite up. Listening to Antonio Vivaldi, Ludvig Beethoven and Iogan Bakh people eat much more than those who listen to others accompaniment. Classic’s admirers order additional dishes and drinks that are refined but high-calorie. English physiologists from Lestera Medical College have noticed it during the experiment hold in several British restaurants. Of course, you can still attend conservatory. But it’s better to choose popular music or silence to accompany your dinner.

8. Say ‘No’ to Moving. Do you want to change your address? Don’t hurry! According to California University scientists, the risk of obesity development is 18 % low if you live within 20 km area from the place where you were born. The results of this research are very curious. However there is still no scientific explanation for this theory. Maybe ‘aborigines’ don’t worry as much as ‘cosmopolitans’ who have to change their address several times during their lives. Every moving causes extra stress. And many people like to eat when they go through a stress.

9. Inhale Slenderness. How does a perfect body smell? It smells like vanilla, specialists from Chicago Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation say. This aroma reduces appetite and lows down your ‘need’ in sweets. Citrus smells are similarly effective. Strong-smelling molecules are caught by special receptors in your nose called olfactory mucosa. Received data is transformed to olfactory nerve in your brains. Cerebrum processes sweet-scented signal and sends your organism a command: “Lose weight”. For a visible result it’s better to inhale concentrate smell before the meal. During the meal you can use fragrant candles. Scientists assure that only two weeks of aroma diet can help you to get rid of 2 extra pounds.

10. Eat on the Dates. The best way to refuse sweets and deserts is your man. Yes, sweets don’t let women achieve ideal forms 90-60-90, but dates can do magic. All women love sweets. However experts have noticed that only 11 % of women eat sweets when they dinner with a man. It can be your friend, colleague, classmate or boyfriend. Every man can be useful in this particular case. Specialists explain this interesting fact by women’s wish to demonstrate their adherence towards healthy food and care about a perfect body. If you minus chocolate mousse or apple pie you will add plus to your slenderness.

And be happy :)

Patients from a weight loss hospital participated in this survey. They all had some degree of ED and obesity, no high blood pressure or heart problems. There were two groups of obese men. One control group was supervised by dietary specialists who educated patients about fitness and diet plans. While millions of dollars are invested in Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs, most governments could have invested money in public education and taught men with ED that they could solve their problem without risking their health.

If fitness and weight loss can really help men to fight erectile dysfunction in a risk-free way, why not do this? This is a natural key to a healthy sex life you can’t lose. And if it doesn’t work, you can always take a pill, right?

Even walking 2 miles a day can make a difference. Just give it a thought, and maybe you will help yourself to change your life for better.

List of Fattest Countries in The World

May 14th, 2010

Have you ever given a thought to this? What countries have the most number of obese people? I guess you know that the answer is USA. Too many Americans eat fast food. They do not cook themselves and don’t exercise that much. What scares me the most is that they don’t care about their looks and appearance. However Americans are not the only people who are overweight. Researching this topic, I found out that top-10 obese nations live in America, Mexico, United Kingdom, Slovak Republic, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, Hungary, Check Republic, Canada and Spain.

It’s known that up to 31 % of people in these countries are overweight. Why are they so fat? What should you do to stay healthy and skinny? How to fight obesity and achieve effective results? Let’s try to answer these questions.

Fat Food – Fat You

Healthy nations prefer healthy food. They don’t eat hamburgers or French fries. They don’t eat quickly spending 5 dollars on their lunch. No way! They know the importance of chewing and devote to lunch at least 15 minutes. Healthy nations buy vegetables and fruits. They make salads and soups. They avoid fat foot, and this is their secret.

It’s not difficult to stay healthy. But you need a desire to live a healthy way of life. And if you are already obese, you must exercise and find out a good diet that will help you to lose extra weight. For example, you can use diet pills. It’s a great solution for heavy people. These unique diet pills give a permanent result in 1.5-3 months. A lot of people have already proven this!

How to Escape?

In order to stay healthy, you must not count the calories in your food. If you do this you will go crazy. Just find the best diet program and follow it. My choice is diet pills. It might not suit everyone, but it’s the best decision for most obese people.

If you live in America and Canada do not let yourself stand in one row with those 24-31 % of obese people. It’s better to win your place at 69 % of healthy and good-looking people. Do you agree?

Of course, people who live in Korea or Japan don’t need diet pills to stay fit, because they eat food that is low on fat. If you start eating rice, vegetables, sea food, it is not likely that you gain extra pounds. And if you combine your diet plan with exercising, you will achieve amazing results. But it will take much time to get a good shape. If you are too heavy you can add diet pills to your plan, and your weight will go away much quicker.

Take Decision Now

Take a look at skinny people. They look slim and great. And now take a look at most Americans and obese people from other countries. Do you want to look like they? Or will you fight the overweight and lose extra pounds to stay fit and healthy?

I am sure that you will take the right decision. Talk to your doctor about using diet pills to help your centimeters go away faster. Find a fitness studio close to you and start exercising. Of course, it will take some time before you see the results. But it’s worse it! Join forums with other obese people. Together you will achieve your goals easier! The support is very important at all stages of saying “good-bye” to extra pounds.

Decide now. Otherwise you will promise yourself to take this decision tomorrow, then the day after tomorrow and so on. That’s what I did, till I read about the statistics of obese people in different countries. I was so shocked that I immediately called my doctor and asked him to subscribe me diet pills! He suggested taking diet pills. And I am really happy that I finally started my diet program.

Good Luck!

I know that diet pills is not the only medicine that helps to treat overweight. But this is what helped me. I will be glad to hear your opinion on obese nations and how to fight those extra pounds! Feel free to leave comments!
