Overweight is a very big problem for many people today. And many suffer from obesity and have lost any hopes to find a way how to fight it. Of course, surgery seems to be the fastest and the easiest way to deal with extensive weight, as you don’t have to do anything, no need to exercise, no need to sit on a diet. There is still one thing that you have to do – make this decision. And it is not very easy, as any surgery that you make is forever. The changes that you make in your body by doing a surgery most likely will stay this way forever and you have to be ready for it. Weight loss surgery should not be the first thing to do, when you have some extra weight. But when there is nothing left to do, it can help you change your life.

If you are thinking about going through a weight loss surgery, then the first step you should take is visit your doctor and consult about it. Your treating physician, as well as many Internet resources will give you a wide inside on the facts about weight loss surgery and will help you understand, whether it will work for you or not. Make sure you consult with other people, who’ve already had passed through it. They will tell you the best about what they went through and what kind of results they got. You should remember that some experiences from weight loss are not positive, but this doesn’t mean that your experience will be negative as well, as this completely depends on a person and on her health.

Weight loss surgeries sometimes give fantastic results, but there are also a lot of risks connected with making a surgery. So before agreeing to make it, make sure you know everything about what to do before it, how to act during it and what to do afterwards. And you should be prepared for any complications that may come up.

If you have decided to have a weight loss surgery, then here is some information for you to understand, how you will lose weight with the help of medical intrusion. The most popular and most commonly performed weight loss operations either decrease the size of stomach, thus lowering the actual food consumption, or increase digestion and making food be less absorbed and digested in the stomach.

Depending on many factors, as a result of weight loss surgery, a patient will lose more or less weight. The factors that influence the outcome and the actual results of the surgery include: age and weight of a patient, health conditions, availability of exercises and ability to keep to a diet. Patients who commit to weight loss and agree to make a surgery should be well motivated and completely supported by their friends and family. It is also necessary to provide appropriate care for patients who just went through a surgery.

Weight loss surgery is considered a very effective way to lose weight, as in many cases as much as 50% or total body weight is lost due to such operations. Most patients lose almost all (up to 80%) of their extra weight in 2-year period after operation. As a result of surgery it is also easy to maintain the weight without any problem for several years.

It is impossible. I give up. I can’t lose even a pound. Should I limit myself in chocolates when I have cravings for sweets? Should I exercise when I don’t feel like making a single move? Where can I find enough motivation to keep going and fighting extra pounds?

I asked myself different questions. I couldn’t succeed until my friend devoted herself to weight loss and motivated me into following different diets and exercise programs along with her. I didn’t see the result for more than two months. It was very challenging, but I couldn’t quit because my friend’s example was always in front of my eyes.

Now as I have come across this link on YouTube that shows how people can change if they really put effort into it, I want to share this motivation with you.

You will when you believe! These are the words that should lead us to our prime goal! This is what we should repeat standing in front of a mirror and examining our reflections.

Dear ladies and gentleman, I know this! Motivating is the most necessary part of any diet plan. You can’t achieve a result without it. When you are about to give up, when you don’t see any hope left, when you are crying and feel sorry for yourself follow the link or search the web and look at the photos of other people who didn’t give up. When you see these smiling faces and their previous “fat enemy”, you just can’t burry their hope into a better YOU!

You will when you believe! This short video on YouTube demonstrates many men and women from different countries of the world who wanted to lose extra weight and have lost it. Take a look at the pictures and believe you can. My motivation was my friend Ann. Yours motivation can be real photos of those people who were once overweight and then lost most of their extra pounds by challenging themselves with diets and exercises.

You will when you believe! And you can believe only when you are motivated! Get motivation and succeed!
